What is the diagnosis?
Squamous cell carcinoma in situ (pigmented Bowen's disease).
The clinical view shows a scaly pigmented lesion. Dermoscopially there are no definite melanocytic features (pigment network, aggregated globules or streaks) but there are irregular brown blotches. The clue to its nature are groups of ‘glomerular’ blood vessels and tightly packed brown globules.
