What is the diagnosis?
Lentigo simplex and café-au-lait macule.
This lesion has two components. There is a well demarcated tan macule with homogenoues pigmentation on dermoscopy. There is also a dark freckle, which has a regular dark-brown pigment network. There are no features to suggest melanoma. This is an ink-spot lentigo.
