What is the diagnosis?
Congenital melanocytic naevus.
The clinical view is quite typical of a congenital naevus; a large uniform thickened and hairy mole. The dermoscopic features show a symmetrical lesion that is composed of aggregated globules, in areas appearing like cobblestones. There are a few regular brown dots. A subtle blue-white colour is seen over the central part of the lesion.
