What is the diagnosis?
Squamous cell carcinoma in situ (Bowen's disease)
The clinical view is of an odd-shaped scaly pink plaque. There is an irregular ‘glomerular’ vascular pattern, characteristic of Bowen's disease. The dermoscopic differential diagnosis is psoriasis, where the red globules are more homogeneous.
