What is the diagnosis?
Invasive melanoma, Clark's level 2.
The clinical view shows an irregular pigmented plaque. Dermoscopically, there is a multicomponent pattern with an atypical pigment network; irregularly distributed brown, grey and black dots; and asymmetrical blotches. There is focal radial streaming (6 o'clock) and irregular dotted vessels.
