What is the diagnosis?
Invasive melanoma, horizontal growth phase, 0.66 mm Breslow depth, Clark's level 2.
The clinical view is of an irregular freckle. The dermoscopic features include a multicomponent pattern (atypical pigment network, asymmetric blotches and irregular dots and globules), blue pepper-like granules, irregular vascularity and areas of regression.
