What is the diagnosis?
Pigmented basal cell carcinoma.
The clinical view shows a shiny irregular pigmented plaque. There are no melanocytic features on dermoscopy (pigment network, aggregated globules or uniform amorphous pigmentation). Vascularity is irregular but there are no arborising vessels. There are large blue ovoid masses, irregular clusters of blue and brown dots and brown leaf-like areas. There is no ulceration.
