What is the diagnosis?
Congenital naevus.
This lesion is reported to have been present since birth. It consists of groups of pigmented papules coalescing into plaques. Dermoscopy shows aggregated brown globules, a characteristic of melanocytic lesions. There is no pigment network and there are no features to suggest melanoma.
