What is the diagnosis?
Melanoma in situ.
This is a scaly pink plaque with some brown areas, and was clinically suspicious of Bowen's disease (squamous cell carcinoma in situ). However dermoscopy revealed very irregular pigmentation, clusters of blue, brown and black dots, blue-veil appearance, atypical vascularity and negative pigment network. The degree of scaling is unusual in melanoma.
