What is the diagnosis?
Benign melanocytic naevus.
This is a melanocytic lesion with a fairly uniform diffuse fine pigment network. There are scattered centrally distributed bluish globules representing focal areas of dermal nests. There were no features of concern and the lesion has not been excised.
