What is the diagnosis?
Invasive melanoma, horizontal growth phase, 0.3 mm Breslow depth, Clark's level 2.
The dermoscopic features include a multicomponent pattern (atypical pigment network, asymmetric blotches and irregular dots and globules), focal irregular streaking (radial streaming), blue-white veil over part of the lesion, blue pepper-like granules, irregular vascularity and localised negative network.
