What is the diagnosis?
Melanoma in situ.
This lesion is fairly symmetrical. However, the dermoscopy reveals an atypical pigment network and focal radial streaming and pseudopods (these are dark structures of variable thickness at the periphery of much of the lesion). There are some asymmetric blotchy areas and irregularly distributed black globules. There is a suggestion of blue-grey veil at 2 o'clock.
