What is the diagnosis?
Dermatofibroma.
There shouldn't be any doubt about this lesion clinically or on dermoscopy. It's a symmetrical, pink, smooth papule with uniform peripheral brown pigmentation. The dermoscopy does not show a pigment network, although quite often a fine network may be seen in dermatofibromas. The central pale area is very characteristic of these lesions.
