What is the diagnosis?

Recurrent atypical navus.

A pigmented lesion had been shaved off some months prior to this picture. Dermoscopy gives rise to considerable concern with atypical and marked pigment streaking, clusters of dots and globules, irregular blotches and increased vascularity.
