What is the diagnosis?
Pigmented basal cell carcinoma.
Dermoscopic examination of this pigmented plaque reveals irregularly shaped brown and black leaf-like shapes. There is no pigment network. There is a possible ‘spoke-wheel’ area at 12 o'oclock. In this case there are no arborising blood vessels.
