What is the diagnosis?

Blue naevus

The clinical view shows a well-defined dark blue oval nodule. The lesion shows a symmetrical amorphous pigment on dermoscopy, with steel grey, brown and light brown components. The appearance is characteristic of a benign blue naevus.
