What is the diagnosis?
Squamous cell carcinoma in situ.
The clinical view is of an eroded ill-defined erythematous and scaly plaque. There are no features of a melanocytic lesion on dermoscopy. There are yellow keratinous areas, erosions and a distinctive irregular ‘glomerular’ pattern of vascularity.
