What is the diagnosis?
Recurrent benign melanocytic naevus.
The macroscopic view is of an irregular pigmented lesion arising in the middle of a surgical scar. Dermoscopy shows irregular peripheral pigmentation with network, amorphous areas and a few clustered dots. The histology was benign, despite the worrying clinical features.
