What is the diagnosis?
Telangiectatic naevus
The lesion shows no melanocytic features. There are numerous fairly uniform red and red-blue lacunes, characteristic of a vascular lesion. Although there are some areas of blue-veil appearance, these are scattered over most of the lesion.
